How to order personalized photo magnets?
You can easily place your order on our website klover.lv. Simply choose preferred magnet design and type, upload your pictures and we will take care of the rest!
Is it possible to order magnets with a custom designs or text?
Yes! You can add personalized texts or choose your own design. If you have a specific idea, we’ll help bring it to life!
How much does a magnet cost?
The price depends on the type, size and quantity of magnets. The price of one magnet starts at 1.50 EUR/piece.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments by bank transfer or direct payment via internet banking (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Revolut), or by card payments (Visa/MasterCard cards,
Apple Pay, Google Pay), in collaboration with the MakeCommerce platform.
What is the quality of the materials used to print the magnets?
We use high-quality materials and photo printing to ensure vibrant colors and durability. The magnets are strong and easily adhere to any metal surface.
What quality and size image do I need to upload for an order?
To ensure clear and high-quality printing, please upload images with the following requirements:
Minimum resolution: 1000 x 1000 pixels (the higher the better)
Recommended format: JPG or PNG
File size: up to 10 MB
Important: Images should not be blurry or too dark to ensure clear printing on the magnet.
If you want the person or object in the picture to be exactly centered on the magnet, make sure the photo is well centered and leaves enough space around the edges.

DELIVERY
How long does it take to produce and deliver an order?
Order production usually takes about 1–2 business days, depending on workload. Delivery time depends on the selected delivery method – Omniva and DPD parcel lockers are usually delivered within 1–3 business days.
What are the delivery options and costs?
Delivery is available via Omniva or DPD parcel lockers, delivery fee is EUR 2.80. Orders over EUR 30 qualify for free delivery.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or low-quality product?
We want you to be happy with your order! If there is any issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product, and we’ll work to resolve it.
