Return of Goods

Standard Products – If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned in the same condition and original packaging as it was received. Returns are free of charge, but you assume full responsibility for the item until it reaches the seller. If the product has been used, torn, or damaged, a refund will not be issued. Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the item, provided it meets the conditions mentioned above (returned in the same condition and original packaging). If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it by contacting us.

Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for personalized/custom-made items. We highly recommend reviewing all product information carefully and double-checking your chosen photos, print layout, and text spelling to avoid misunderstandings.
