Distance contract

The seller of the goods offered on this website, Karina Gordijenko, registration number 15108912119, address Birzes iela 1, Salaspils, LV-2121, Latvia, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, enter into the following Agreement:

1. General provisions.

  • The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the order placed in the online store;
  • Each product has an individual description, including its composition, packaging and delivery details. The Seller reserves the right to update product information without prior notice;
  • In cases where the ordered product is not available or there are problems with delivery, the Seller will inform the Buyer within one business day;
  • Product colors may vary slightly from those displayed online due to monitor settings;
  • Product prices are displayed separately for each product. The Seller informs that prices in the online store are variable, the Seller may change the price without notice;
2. Placing an order.
  • The Buyer selects products, their size, or any available variations and adds them to the shopping cart. To confirm the order, the Buyer must proceed with the "Order" option;
  • The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information;
  • In order for the Buyer to make changes to the order, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller of the changes using the contact form or by email at sazina.klover@gmail.com;
  • By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have reviewed the product description and all related information;
  • If the Buyer has any questions or uncertainties regarding an order, they must contact the Seller before making a purchase using the contact form or by emailing sazina.klover@gmail.com;
  • The products are reserved for the buyer only after payment has been made.
3. Payment.
  • After placing an order, the Buyer receives an invoice via email containing the company details and transaction information;
  • The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature;
  • The buyer makes payment for the order using a bank transfer or payment card / internet banking;
  • Commission fees (interbank commission, etc.) related to the transfer to the Seller are covered by the Buyer;
  • The Seller begins order processing only after receiving full payment;
4. Shipping & delivery.
  • The Seller ships orders based on the shipping method selected by the Buyer;
  • Standard dispatch time is 1-3 business days from payment confirmation; in cases where longer time is required to prepare the order, the Seller will inform the Buyer;
  • Personalized products are dispatched within 1-3 business days after design approval; in cases where longer time is required to prepare the order, the Seller will inform the Buyer;
  • If urgent delivery is required, the Buyer must notify the Seller to explore faster shipping options;
  • Shipping costs depend on the delivery method chosen by the Buyer, the available delivery methods are:
  • Delivery within Latvia using DPD and OMNIVA parcel machines costs 2.80 EUR;
  • Delivery within Estonia and Lithuania using DPD and OMNIVA parcel machines costs 5.50 EUR;
  • If the Buyer prefers another shipping method, they must coordinate it with the Seller;
  • In cases where the preparation of the order is delayed, the Seller shall immediately inform the Buyer of the delay in the delivery of the order;
  • The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party shipping providers (Omniva, DPD).
5. Return & exchange policy.
  • The Buyer has the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that:
  • The product has not been used;
  • The product is in its original packaging with labels and in full set;
  • The item is not stained, wrinkled, washed, or otherwise damaged.
  • To cancel the ordered product, the Buyer must contact sazina.klover@gmail.com by email.
  • The costs associated with returning the goods due to the Buyer's refusal are borne by the Seller;
  • The Seller will refund the money to the Buyer's bank account within 10 days from the moment of receipt of the goods;
  • In cases where the goods are manufactured to an individual order, the Seller does not accept or exchange the goods (Latvian law MK 255, Section 22);
6. Privacy
  • The Seller ensures that the Buyer’s personal data (name, surname, delivery address, etc.) will not be shared with third parties, except in cases required by law enforcement authorities.
  • Buyer data is securely stored on the website platform, Seller’s computer, and Seller’s email (sazina.klover@gmail.com), and is protected by a secure password.
  • Data retention period is 3 years.
  • The buyer has the right to access their data, request deletion of data, modify their data, request termination of data processing, the right to object to data processing, and the right to withdraw consent.
  • We respect your privacy and will never use your data for any purpose that could limit your privacy;
